Click and Collect Policy

Our Click and Collect service is available for the following postcodes;

Click and Collect orders are available for pick up Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM at
16 Stringybark Avenue Wallan Victoria.

Once you have placed your order we will process it and send you an email when it is ready to be collected.

Orders made after 3:00 PM Friday and over the weekend will be ready for collection on the Monday.
Orders made Monday to Thursday will be ready for collection the next day.

To pick up your order a valid order receipt and photo id will need to be sited prior to handover of goods.

Your photo id and name on receipt must match to pick up your goods.

Should you need to arrange a pickup outside normal hours contact us at support@beyondtheboard.au so we can organise an alternative pickup time.
