Should your product currently be unavailable in our shop it will show in the checkout as a backorder. We do our absolute best to get backorders to you in a timely fashion, allow an additional 7 business days to expected delivery times as we have the product shipped in from the warehouse. We try to stay on top of warehouse stock levels and reflect what can and can not be backordered in our shop. There may be times when a product is out of stock in the warehouse as well as our shop, we do our best to reflect that in the shop. Should a situation arise when a backorder is unexpectedly out of stock in the warehouse we will let you know immediately as wait times can be significantly longer in such situations.

Backorder process

When purchasing a game on backorder the full purchase price is paid upfront.

A game that is on backorder will show “backorder” at the checkout, If you do not wish to continue please remove the product from your cart prior to making payment.

Backordered products are not refundable*, as the product will be paid for in full by us and ordered through the warehouse immediately.

We do our absolute best to get backordered products to you as quickly as possible, please do allow an additional seven business days delivery time on top of the typical standard post delivery times of between three to five days.

Prices marked on our website, sale or otherwise, are honoured on all backorders. If you backorder a sale item you will be charged the sale price.

If you have multiple products in your cart and one or more of them are on backorder we will hold all products until all backorder products have arrived, then the entire order will be dispatched to the stipulated delivery address.

Afterpay is not available on backorder products.

*If a backordered product is discontinued you will be notified and provided with a full refund.
